ABOUT US

At Ticket 2 Ride, our mission is to create great travel experiences at affordable prices. We do this by providing a range of day trips and tours across Melbourne and beyond. In addition, we also provide minibus transport solutions for private activities and events. With a small team, our efficiency ensures that we are able to offer our customers exceptional value, with prices often much less than the competition.

SAFETY & ACCREDITATION

Ticket 2 Ride is an accredited bus operator by Safe Transport Victoria (Vic Gov) and we abide by all legislative requirements to ensure that our vehicles and journeys are safe for our guests and team members. This includes regular vehicle servicing, bus safety inspections and a dedicated Maintenance Management System as well as a Management Information System to ensure that all safety elements are monitored, reported and acted upon. Ticket 2 Ride operates under a quality improvement framework and values regular feedback from our guests. 

Additionally, all of our drivers are accredited bus drivers which requires them to undertake a comprehensive assessment to check medical fitness, driving history and a criminal background check.
